So, its the end of week three of PIYO! I love it. Its the perfect mix of intensity that I needed and low impact that is allowing me to ease back into the exercise game without hurting myself. Its been amazing, I can feel the change in my core which is pretty weak after my THIRD c-section. My push ups are far from being perfect, but they are getting better, and best of all, my flexibility is increasing! I purchased the PIYO Challenge Pack, and have incorporated Shakeology into my diet.
