Insanity Max !!!! Week Three

So, I am in the midst of Insanity Max and on week three. I must say that I am doing the modifying exercises and I really appreciate that you can select to watch the modifier track so you can see what the modified exercises are without having to try and glimpse at them a sweep of the workout room. The workouts are all 30 minutes which is perfect for the busy parent, or individual who just doesn't have a whole lot of time to dedicate to working out. While I'd love to spend hours in the gym, its not realistic for me to do so. The modifiers allow people of all fitness levels to workout and leave a lot of room for improvement. Shaun T inviting you to max out makes be both love and hate him. I love his workouts and his enthusiasm.
